Esperanza Estates has its own recreational areas. The pool, tennis court and shuffleboard areas are all owned and maintained by the Esperanza Estate Homeowner's Association. You'll notice that the homes are all well kept and surrounded by mature trees and other vegetation. Peek through the door to the pool area and you will probably see some sun bathers, swimmers and other residents enjoying the spa.
